Jill and Gerard's Seachange

AT LONG LAST A HOLIDAY!

Can you believe it?? No I can't as yet! Gerard and I are going on a holiday for two and a half weeks. Gosh it has been years since we have been away together. I think the last one was to Ocean Grove with Kate when she was younger!

So what is the plan? Nothing too spectacular cause money is an issue. Whenever is it not an issue? We have decided to travel up to Queensland by car, catch up with Annette and Paul, Hervey the dog and their new baby Logan, he will be about 3 months old by then, so exciting and then drive back home. On the way we plan to stop a lot and look around so that we are not exhausted when we get back home by just driving all the time.

G.T. is going to house sit for us which is such a weight off our shoulders as the animals are always a problem. He gets on so well with them and Milly just adores him 'cos he gives her heaps of pats and cuddles which is right up her ally. The cats tolerated him when he stayed for the week, so that is good also. They probably don't really care who looks after them as long as they have food and water and a clean litter tray! Especially Rusty.

So we leave around the 19th March and back home by Easter Yep I know it will be hot weather up north, but it is better than no holiday at all and having Geoff sitting for us is so great.

So woo hoo Queensland here we come!!!
