Wednesday morning!!!
Good morning to you!!!!Just because I can I have not gone to bed. I did fall asleep for a few hours on the chair as usual and woke up once again with the lap top still open on my lap, my hands are very warm and I realise I cannot move them too easily as my cat Ashley has got up and made herself comfortable on my hands and the lap top!!! It is amazing how I just sleep through the whole process and amazingly my favourite game bubble thriller is still running... If it is not Ashley on my lap it is Rusty my other cat, they seem to be taking it in shifts at the moment as to who has the best time to sleep on me. While Machele and Tamyka stayed here last time, Ashley would wait til I fell asleep on the chair and then she would get up on me, knead my shoulder and lay across me, she had three positions and moved about with the same ritual each night!!! Well that is what they told me.
Now onto this morning!!! Daylight savings has finished now and it is 5.55am. The windows on the verandah outside are wet and streaky, BUT beyond the windows, it is just the most divine picture. If I lift my head up just that little bit I can see the water. The sun is trying to rise and I can see the dark bushes, the very cold water and the sky going from dark colours to a mauve to a mauvey orange, I can hear the resident willy wagtail waking up in the tree by our bedroom, oh yes I am sitting in the lounge room not on the verandah, a bit too cold at the moment.
The sky then goes to a gorgeous pale orange to a soft lemon to a soft blue with dark grey fluffy coulds dotted about the blue grey sky.
It is so nice I think I will go out for a walk it is just divine.
I will talk again soon.
Yep I am not going to bed I have decided, just because I can stay up if I want to!!!!

Well I am back and have the most wonderful walk.
The sun came up and the look was amazing.
Fed some swans, and I think the 4 babies are back!! well it could be them, there were four of them cheep cheeping, who knows they all look the same in the end. Fed them all some bread. More ducks are about than usual and there seems to be some regular Pelicans hanging about. The Cooties are back and also the Little Pied Cormorants are starting to fly across in the mornings and at night.
better go and do some stuff!! feel like going to bed now!!!
